Tonight I got the chance to present to a group of ambitious young marketers at the Online Marketing Fresno Meetup. Below is a copy of the slides I used to present my message.
I spoke about how much good it can do your business to build an ideal client profile.
This is one of the most overlooked steps in building a strong sales and marketing strategy. We all think we know who our ideal client is, but most of us haven’t actually written out a definition. We don’t keep it in our mind when we’re designing our campaigns (marketing or sales), which means at some point we’re wasting our time and resources chasing unqualified buyers.
